Clean but basic hotel,fine for a budget stay.

Friendly and helpful staff,good location near lots of eating houses.Hotel is basic but clean.Family rooms are pretty good with split aircon unit.Double rooms have an inwall aircon unit,which can be rather noisy.

Aircon to double rooms is noisy.

The location and it was just what I needed.

The location and it was just what I needed. Nothing fancy but still had everything needed and was really nice.

The weird smell in the corridor to the stairs.

The staff are very accommodating specially the help desks. They assisted us with the tours and provided some suggestions.

Great location

The property is in a good location - close to lots of restaurants and tour companies. The property offers a laundry service, but is slightly more expensive than other laundry places nearby.

The room is sold as a ‘deluxe double’ but the bed is very small (big enough for one person but very cosy for two people). Wi-fi is available but very limited.

Very helpful organising yours.

Very helpful organising yours. Although location was good, noise from the road very loud.

Room is described as Double Deluxe with Balcony but the “balcony” is in fact a public footpath where people hang around at all times of day and evening. Staff come into the room at strange times with no explanation and without even knocking. As room makeup is not actually part of the service this is very unsettling. Staff disturbed us in our room unnecessarily on multiple occasions, at various times. Bed is barely big enough for one person, certainly not two. Breakfast was not included but we were told it would be available for a cost if we wished. This was not the case, which makes things tricky finding something to eat before tour pickups. Construction works at 6.30am.

Good location.

If you think of staying at this place, just don´t, there are so many nice places at the center of Coron where you can stay instead. We regret choosing this place for the last days of our honeymoon. Apparently, the owner of the hotel enjoys organizing loud parties in the hotel with lots of guests and alcohol till late night. We tried to complain to the security guard but as appeared, he was also present at the party. After a day full of nice activities and trips, the last thing you want at night is listening to a big noisy crowd right above your room. In the morning we asked about it at the reception and they said it was normal. We felt very unwelcomed.

The toilet was very difficult to flash and overflowed a few times. For 3 ppl,only 2 sheets given.

The breakfast was good. However during our first day when we checked in at 8am, it was not made available to us. During the rest of our stay there, it was not made available to us although we left the Inn at 630am to join other Island Tours.

The staff attitude could have been better. We booked for Calauit Safari Tour the day before the scheduled tour, only to be told by a staff member of Kent at 9pm of the same day that the agency which organized the tour had cancelled the tour as they could not get enough people to go and that there is another agency who is willing to provide the tour at a much higher price. Probably this Kent staff member is getting a higher cut from this other agency. We had to find another tour agency across the street last minute who was willing to take us at a lower price and at a shorter notice.

The location.

The location. Conveniently located near the market, restaurants, and harbor. They have a nice terrace, free coffee and nice staff, especially, Elaine, who was very nice and helpful.

They did not cleaned the room for the entire stay, the toilet was leaking all over and did not flush properly. The toilet had a nasty smell.

What was the highlight of KENT Travellers' Inn

Nothing except for a great potential this place has.

We booked a room with balcony. When we arrived we were directed to a room with no window. When complaining we were told that our room was sold to someone else... No communication prior to our arrival, no apology. After long dispute we got some money back. Our room was not clean (full of long black hair all over) at check in. Next day they "forgot" to clean our room at all. Really bad experience. AVOID!
